Berry Chocolate Smoothie

Yield: 2 servings
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1¼ cup low fat chocolate milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ¾ cup low fat Greek yogurt

Directions:

  • Combine chocolate milk, frozen berries, and yogurt in a blender.  Blend until creamy.
  • Serve immediately
