Yogurt Dip 2 Ways


Each variation makes 1 serving

Sweet
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Stir all ingredients until combined. Serve with apple slices and whole grain graham crackers.
