Pumpkin Cheese Ball

Serves 16, Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) container of chive and onion cream cheese
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground red pepper
  • 1 bell pepper
  • Whole grain crackers

Instructions

  • Mix cheese, cream cheeses, and spices in a bowl until blended. Cover and chill for 4 hours or until mixture is firm enough to be shaped.
  • Shape mixture into a ball to resemble a pumpkin.
  • Cut top of bell pepper and press into top of pumpkin cheeseball to resemble a stem
  • Serve with whole grain crackers.
