Rise and Shine Smoothie

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2/3 cup low fat milk
  • ½ cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  • Put ice cubes in blender and crush.
  • Add orange juice, milk, yogurt, and honey to blender.
  • Puree until the mixture is smooth. Enjoy!
