Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients:
- 1 cup minute brown rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz package broccoli florets, frozen
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Pour rice into bottom of slow cooker. Add broth, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Spread evenly in slow cooker
- Evenly place broccoli over chicken breasts.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, until chicken and rice are cooked through.
- Stir in 1 cup of cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and allow to melt.
- Scoop, serve, and enjoy!
