Baked Oatmeal with Yogurt

Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 large apple, chopped
- Yogurt for serving
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x9-inch square pan with nonstick spray.
2. Whisk all the ingredients together in one large bowl. Pour into prepared bakingpan. Lightly press mixture into an even layer.
3. Bake for 35 minutes or until the center appears almost set.
4. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with yogurt.
Cover leftovers and refrigerate for up to 1 week. You can also freeze the oatmeal bars for up to 3 months.
