Erin McGraw is a Nutrition Educator for the St. Louis District Dairy Council, managing 14 counties in Missouri and three counties in Illinois. She works out of the St. Louis office.
Erin earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Sports Studies from Miami University. She completed her dietetic internship at St. Louis University and is now a registered and licensed dietitian.
Previously, Erin worked as a registered dietitian for Healthways, where she provided disease management nutrition education. Before that, she was a Nutritionist for Women, Infants, and Children (W.I.C.) in St. Louis County.
Erin enjoys finding ways to be physically active, whether it is running with her dog Sammi, boxing, playing volleyball, or working out at the gym. As a St. Louis native, the most rewarding part of Erin’s job is being able to work with educators to improve students’ nutrition in her hometown and its surrounding areas.
