Amanda Marsh is a Nutrition Educator for St. Louis District Dairy Council, managing 26 counties in Missouri out of the St. Louis office. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics from Illinois State University. She moved to New York City and completed her internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Amanda is a registered and licensed dietitian.
Prior to joining SLDDC, Amanda worked as a registered dietitian for St. Luke’s Surrey Place where she provided nutrition counseling to rehabilitation patients. Before that, Amanda worked with EHE, International in New York City educating clients around the world on preventative health care.
Amanda was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She loves spending time with her husband and two young children. In her spare time, she works with her daughter’s Girl Scout troop and encourages all to fit physical activity into their lifestyle as a personal trainer. Amanda feels that the most rewarding part of her job is empowering consumers of all ages with the knowledge that dairy is part of a healthy lifestyle.
