Cook Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 packages (8-oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 1/2 cups sliced kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, and/or raspberries
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared graham cracker crust. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes, or until center is almost set. Cool slowly on countertop with large bowl or pot inverted over it. After cooled, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with fruit.
