Camille Smith is a Nutrition Educator for the St. Louis District Dairy Council, managing 26 counties in Missouri. She works out of the St. Louis office. Camille holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Fontbonne University and a Master of Educational Technology degree from Missouri Baptist University. She completed her dietetic internship at Yale-New Haven Hospital and is a registered and licensed dietitian.

Before joining the nutrition education team at SLDDC, Camille provided medical nutrition therapy in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings in Chicago and St. Louis. Building on her clinical experience, she transitioned to a position as a health educator, teaching nutrition and fitness curricula to K-12 students in the Greater St. Louis area.

Camille enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, exploring new cities, and cooking. She loves spending time with her two children: playing tag, doing experiments, or improving their baking skills. The most rewarding parts of her job are learning people’s stories and promoting good health in her community.
