This video is a cooking demonstration showcasing 4 unique recipes using yogurt as a main ingredient. Educators will understand how to use low fat/fat-free yogurt as a substitute for higher fat ingredients in recipes and how to use fresh herbs to flavor yogurt for sauces and dips.
