Build My Bones


Childhood is the most important time to build strong bones and teeth. If kids don’t get the nutrients they need, they put their current and future dental health at risk.

The nutrients found in dairy foods, such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and vitamin D, support the development of healthy teeth and oral tissue. Three servings every day of dairy plus plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains set the stage for healthy smiles.
