You’re Invited to the 2nd Annual Bringing Local to Life: Culinary Adventures with Dairy

Dairy products have long held a special place in the kitchen. The diverse characteristics and great taste of butter, milk, yogurt and cheese make them go-to ingredients for many cooks.  Please join us as we celebrate dairy’s versatility with an evening of dairy fare at L’Ecole Culinaire, designed for Family and Consumer Science educators.

The three hour no-cost workshop will feature hands-on learning activities, chef demonstrations from L’Ecole culinary arts professionals and guest Chef Rob Lagerhof and, of course, delicious dining! 

This year’s workshop will also include Dairy Recipe Share-to-Win. Participants who bring their favorite recipe (hard copy) featuring one or more dairy ingredients to the workshop will be entered into a drawing for a special prize awarded on-site.
